My work sits at the intersection of wellness, resilience, and life transition.

Over the past three decades, I've explored what helps people create meaningful, sustainable change—not just during ideal circumstances, but in the middle of real life.

My path has included military service, government leadership, health and fitness education, holistic nutrition studies, and my own experiences navigating stress, burnout, major transitions, and personal growth.

One lesson continues to stand out:

Wellness isn't built during perfect conditions. It's built during real life.
